How to create a professional proposal

Log in to Bookipi. On your Bookipi dashboard, click on “Create Proposal”. Manually upload a proposal cover or leverage our Canva integration to create one directly on our app.

Set up your proposal details

Name your proposal and add your customer’s details, or select a saved customer if you’re already a Bookipi Invoice user. Set your contract start and end dates by a fixed date or the length of your contract.

Remember to turn on “Accept card payments” so your customers can pay you directly and receive deposits on your proposal.

Add service items

Create new service items or reuse saved service items on your proposal. Freely customize them to your requirements – you can set specific price, quantity, billing types and frequency of each service items. You can even include tax details or a description if needed.

Customize your T&Cs

Our proposal maker provides standard Terms and Conditions that you can easily modify. Add new, customize existing or hide irrelevant clauses on your proposal.

Review and send

Before sending your proposal, preview and verify all content, including your terms and conditions, for accuracy and relevance.
