How to create an eSignature in one minute

Create an eSign document

Log in to Bookipi. Along the Bookipi dashboard, click on “eSign” and to create an eSign document.

Add signer/s

Start by adding the names and email addresses of your signer/s. Do ensure that you’ve included the right emails as that’s where (and whom) we will send your documents to be signed.

Upload your document

Continue by uploading the document you need to sign. Bookipi eSign supports a wide range of file formats, including PDF, Word, and Excel. Invoices, agreements or proposals created with Bookipi can also be uploaded here for eSignatures.

Place signature tags

Once your document is uploaded, simply drag and drop the “Signature” tags to the desired location. If you have multiple signers, select the signer from the bottom and place their respective tags where you want them.

Send for signing

Rename your document and send it to your recipients via email. A secure link will be provided to your recipients to sign the document.
