How to send a proposal to multiple people

Learn how to send a proposal to multiple recipients in Bookipi Proposal with these simple steps.

Step 1: Go to Proposal.

Click on ‘Proposal’ in either the Dashboard menu or the left-hand panel of the screen.

Step 2: Create or select a proposal.

Click ‘+ Create’ to start a new proposal, or select a proposal that you would like to send.

Step 3: Review the details and proceed.

Enter the necessary information and review the details, if applicable or needed. Once everything is ready, click ‘Send’ in the upper-right corner of the page to proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Add recipients.

Enter your customer’s email address in the To field. To add more recipients, click ‘Bcc’ and enter their email addresses, separated by spaces.

Step 6: Send the proposal.

Click ‘Send’ to send your proposal by email.
