Learn how to send a proposal to multiple people in Bookipi’s Proposal maker.
You can send the proposal to multiple people but only one person is required to sign the invoice and enter payment details.
Steps to send business proposals to multiple recipients
Step 1: Select Proposals
Step 2: Choose a proposal that you'd like to send
Create a proposal or select a proposal that you would like to send
Step 3: Select 'Send'
To add additional email recipients of the proposal that you want to send, add additional email addresses in the ‘To‘ or ‘Bcc‘ fields.
Hit the space bar or click out of the box to save your changes.
Step 4: Select 'Send'
Send your business proposal by email.
