Creating an invoice for your moving services is a straight-forward process with our moving company invoice templates.  A removalist invoice contains the following sections and items below: 

1. 1. Add a clear “Invoice” title for the document

   2. Header: Start by including your business name, address, contact details, and logo at the top of the invoice.

   3. Add an unique invoice number for reference.

   4. Customer Information:  Include the customer’s name, address, contact details and any reference numbers provided by the customer.

   5. Invoice issue due date

   6. Invoice payment due date

   7. Specify the payment terms, like accepted payment methods, any late payment penalties or discounts for early payment.

   8. Provide an itemized list of services provided with a brief description like packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and any additional services requested by the customer.  Include any additional charges such as packing materials, storage fees, or special handling fees.

   9. Add quantities, rates including hourly fees and sub-total amounts for each service. 

   10. Calculate the invoice total amount by summing up all sub-totals, applying any discounts and adjusting for any applicable taxes or fees.

   11. Payment Instructions: Provide clear instructions on how the customer can make the payment.

   12. Terms and conditions: Include any relevant terms and conditions, such as cancellation policies, liability disclaimers, or any specific agreements made with the customer.

   13. Thank-You Message: Optionally, include a brief thank-you message to show appreciation for the customer’s business.

   14. Footer: Include any additional information, such as your business registration number or any certifications.
