In this guide, learn how to sign up for a subscription to create unlimited invoices in Bookipi.
Step 1: Log in to Bookipi.com.
Step 2: Select ‘View plans’.
If you have multiple companies under your account please make sure that you are subscribing for the correct company by checking the company name in the top right-hand corner.
You should see two options available;
On the Free plan, you will have the option to create up to 5 documents per month and an unlimited number of proposals.
On the Scale up plan, you will have the option to have unlimited Documents created and an unlimited number of proposals.
Documents include Invoices, Estimates, Credit Notes, Delivery Notes, and Purchase Orders.
Step 3: Select ‘Upgrade’.
Step 3: Fill out your payment details and select ‘Add card’.
Signing up for a subscription is a renewing contract.
Once you have subscribed, the plan will renew on the first day of each month.
You can cancel this subscription at any time.
Canceling a subscription will cancel the subscription at the end of the current month.
If your bank requires you to complete a payer authentication you will need to authenticate this in order to see the next screen.
Step 4: Review your order and select ‘Confirm’.
You have successfully subscribed!
Once you have subscribed you can view your subscriptions by selecting your user icon on the top right and selecting ‘Settings’ and then ‘Subscriptions’ or ‘Subscription details’.
Your subscription receipt will be sent to your email inbox.
Once the charges are taken out you may want to download an invoice
You can download an invoice of the payment via the email sent to your email address or from the subscription dashboard.
