How to edit business signatures on invoices

Learn how to edit the business signature that appears on your invoices in Bookipi Invoice Web app v2 under Settings, with our simple steps:

Steps to edit signatures on invoices

Step 1: Select the Business icon in the top right

Step 2: Select ‘Settings’

Step 3: Select ‘General’

Step 4: Scroll down to ‘Signature’

Then, select ‘Change’

Step 5: Add your new signature

Select ‘Save‘. You can select the Refresh icon if you would like to try again.
