Follow these simple steps to save and store your documents using Bookipi eSign.

Keep all your contracts, documents, and essential business files organized in one central location. Follow the steps below to store and manage your saved documents using Bookipi eSign.

Step 1: Click ‘Contract’

Click ‘Contract’ on the left panel menu of your dashboard.

Step 2: Select ‘Upload documents’

From the options at the top, select ‘Upload documents’.

Step 3: Upload your files

Drag and drop your files into the box, or click ‘Upload’ to choose files from either Local Files or Google Drive.

To add more files, you can either select multiple files during upload or click ‘Add more files’.

Step 4: Click ‘Next’

Click ‘Next’ to proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Assign the documents

Click the ‘Unassigned’ field and select a client from your list to assign the documents.

If the client isn’t listed, click ‘Click here’ at the bottom of the dropdown to add a new customer.

Step 6: Save your documents

Click ‘Save documents’ to save the files. Its status will then be updated to Saved.

Step 7: Click ‘Close’

After saving your documents, click ‘Close’ to return to your document list dashboard.

Step 8: Rename your files

To rename a file, click the ellipsis button on the far right and select ‘Rename’.

Enter the new name for your document(s) and click ‘Save’.

All stored documents will have an Upload tag next to their document name.
