Learn how to add bank details as notes to your invoices on Bookipi Web v2 for users located in the US and AU with our simple steps below:
Step 1: Select the Business icon on the top right
Step 2: Select ‘Settings‘
Step 3: Select ‘Document‘
Step 4: Select the Document type you would like to add your account details to
Step 5: Select ‘Edit‘ on the Default note.
You can add your bank details, payment instructions, and any terms and conditions.
You can also customize your note for a more professional look.
Press ‘Save‘ to save your changes.
Your payment instructions are now added to any new invoices that you create.
