Steps to add your business' bank details to invoices
Learn how to add payment instructions including bank details as notes to your invoices on Bookipi Web v2. Follow our simple steps below:
How to show payment instructions on invoices
Step 1: Select the Business icon
Click on the Business icon in the top right of Bookipi web app
Step 2: Select 'Settings'
Click on ‘Settings‘ in the drop-down menu
Step 3: Select 'Document'
Select the ‘Document‘ tab
Step 4: Select the Document type
Choose the document type that would like to add your account details to
Step 5: Select 'Edit' on the Default note.
You can add your bank details, payment instructions, and any terms and conditions.
You can also customize your note for a more professional look.
Press ‘Save‘ to save your changes.
Your payment instructions are now added to any new invoices that you create.
