How to customize your invoice and other documents in the mobile app
Customizing invoice templates in the mobile app is available only in the new UI and exclusively for subscribers. If you’re subscribed and would like to customize your invoice, follow the simple steps below.
Step 1: Create an invoice.
Tap the blue + button in the lower-right corner of the screen to create a new invoice.
Step 2: Enter invoice details.
Fill in all required information for your invoice.
Step 3: Save the invoice.
Tap ‘Save’ to generate the invoice.
Step 4: Customize the invoice.
Choose your preferred colors, font, and font size.
Scroll down to access additional customization options, including the document header, invoice number prefix, and sequence number.
Step 5: Tap ‘Next’.
Tap ‘Next’ in the upper-right corner to continue to the next step.
Step 6: Send the invoice.
Send the invoice to your customer or choose another action as needed.
