Learn how to duplicate a proposal using Bookipi’s Proposal maker with the simple guide below.
Steps to duplicate business proposals
Step 1: Go to Bookipi's proposal maker
Go to the Proposals section of Bookipi’s web app
Step 2:Select a business proposal
Select the proposal that you would like to duplicate
Step 3: Select Duplicate
Select the three dots in the top right-hand corner. Click on ‘Duplicate’ from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Edit the duplicated proposal
Once you’ve made your changes to the new duplicated business proposal, select ‘Save & Send’.
If you do not wish to send the proposal you can select ‘Close’.
If you wish to send the proposal to your customer, please review your customer’s email and the email message. Press ‘Send‘ when you’re ready.
