You can only edit and resend a proposal if it has been saved, sent, read, declined, or expired. You can’t edit and resend a proposal that has been terminated or completed, or hasn’t been accepted by your customer.

 

You will need to revoke, edit and resend any expired proposals that you were like to ‘renew’.

Step 1: Go to Proposals

Step 2: Select the proposal that you would like to edit

Step 3: Select the three dots in the top right-hand corner

Step 4: Select ‘Revoke & Edit’

Step 5: Select ‘OK’

You can now edit the proposal

When a client attempts to open the old proposal it will show revoked or invalid proposal. You will need to send them the new edited proposal for them to sign.
