How to view a list of transactions in Cash flow
Learn how to view a list of transactions from the calendar in the Bookipi Invoice mobile app’s Cash flow feature.
Step 1: Access Cash Flow
Tap ‘More’ on the lower right corner of the screen to access the menu.
Under the Others section, tap ‘Cash flow’.
Step 2: View Income and Expenses
Tap on the ‘Transaction’ tab to view your list of income and expenses for the
current month.
Step 3: Navigate between Months
Use the previous or next button at the top of the screen to view transaction details from the previous or next month.
Step 4: View Transactions in calendar mode
Tap the ‘Calendar’ tab to view your income and expenses in a calendar format.
Step 5: Access specific Transaction details
Tap a specific transaction in the calendar. It will take you to the corresponding entry in the ‘Transactions’ list for that specific date.
For example, on December 25th, you may see an Income of $250 and, an Expense of $60 and $10.

Q: Can I create a report for my income and expenses?
A: Currently, you can only view your income and expenses in the app. Report creation is not yet available.
Q: Can I edit my income entries?
A: Yes, you can edit manually added income. However, income entries that are linked to paid invoices cannot be edited.
Q: Can I delete an added income or expense?
A: Yes, you can delete income or expense entries, except for income entries linked to paid invoices.
