How to auto archive paid invoices in Bookipi mobile app

Automatically archive ‘Paid’ invoices using Bookipi Invoice mobile app. Any paid invoices move automatically to the ‘Archived’ section in Bookipi Invoice mobile app when marked as ‘Sent‘.

You can send a receipt with 3 simple steps below:

Steps to auto archive paid invoices

Step 1:Select the invoie that you want to mark as paid

Swipe left on the invoice that you want to mark as ‘paid’.

Step 2: Click ‘Paid’

Mark your invoice as ‘Paid’

Step 3: To send the receipt, click ‘Send’

Your invoice is automatically archived and you can find all of your archived invoices in one place.
