Learn how to request a signature from your customers on Bookipi Invoice Web v2 with these simple steps:
Step 1: Select ‘+Create’

Step 2: Select ‘+ Invoice’

Step 3: Turn on the ‘Signature’ toggle

Step 4: Turn on the ‘Request customer to Sign’ toggle

Step 5: Fill out the invoice details and click ‘Save‘

Step 6: Select ‘Send‘

Step 7: Review the email and select ‘Send‘

Your customers will receive an email requesting signature similar to the one below:


You can view the signed document in Documents in the relevant invoice page once your customer has signed the document.
