The Role
We are looking for a Brand Identity Designer to lead the uniform brand delivery for Bookipi. Bookipi has grown 10x in the last year and we need your skills to continue to scale at a global level.
More than just an eye for design, you are great with words, generating ideas, and have a strong business sense.
You will be responsible for our visual brand. You will have an intimate understanding of our company identity. You will articulate a strategy for our brand identity and propose it to the leadership team. You embody the ‘best idea wins’ approach.
Working in the Product team you will work directly with our CEO and Head of Product. You will produce compelling and creative content. You will work with the broader team to provide design components for the launch of new products. You will have a shared-ownership of our success.
We are a Remote First company and support full Work From Home.
Key Actions & Duties
- Execute and deliver the brand elements for the multiple brands within the Bookipi Group.
- Define our multichannel brand identity and design. You will take a proactive approach to structuring our brands to align with the broader product roadmap.
- Own the brands’ unique identity. You will create uniform, scalable, and repeatable design systems to unite our brands.
- Drive ideas for how we represent our brands and deliver components that can be repurposed across multiple channels – be that copy, video, image and infographics – subject to the needs of the broader team.
- Align our Brand strategy with our Product roadmap.
Skill & Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years’ work experience in a similar role
- Strong design creation skills that you can demonstrate
- Experience in using design tools such as Figma(Required), Adobe(Optional), Framer(Optional)
- Have proven experience in delivering designs and content that can be delivered across multiple channels in domestic and international markets
- Capable of effectively working autonomously and a self-starter
- Degree in Design
