How to set up your company<\/h1>\n

Follow this simple guide to easily set up your company on the Bookipi Invoice mobile app and create professional-looking invoices and documents.<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/b> Tap \u2018More\u2019<\/i><\/b>.<\/h3>\n

Tap \u2018More\u2019<\/i><\/b> in the bottom right corner of your screen.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/b> Select \u2018Settings\u2019<\/i><\/b>.<\/h3>\n

Scroll down and tap on \u2018Settings\u2019<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/b> Upload a logo.<\/h3>\n

Under the Company<\/i><\/b> section, choose \u2018Logo\u2019<\/i><\/b> to upload your company logo.<\/p>\n

\n

Tap \u2018Upload your logo\u2019<\/i><\/b> and ensure that the Bookipi Invoice app has permission to access your photos. Once the permission is granted, you should be able to add a photo without any issues. Then tap the check mark in the upper left to save your logo.<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/b> Add your company information.<\/h3>\n

Go back to Settings<\/i><\/b> and select \u2018Company Information\u2019<\/i><\/b> to enter your company name, invoice email address, phone number, business number, address, and any other necessary details.<\/p>\n

\n

Please note that the Company Name<\/i><\/b> is a required field to prevent any issues with your account. If you don\u2019t have a company, you can enter your name instead. <\/p>\n

Then, tap the check mark in the upper left to save.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/b> Set up your signature.<\/h3>\n

From Settings<\/i><\/b>, select \u2018Signature\u2019 <\/i><\/b>to set up your signature and apply it to any invoice, saving you time.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/b> Add your payment instruction or enable card payment.<\/h3>\n

Under Settings<\/i><\/b>, select \u2018Payment Instruction\u2019<\/i><\/b> if you prefer to receive payments through your chosen method. <\/p>\n

\n

Simply toggle on \u2018Display payment instruction\u2019<\/i><\/b> and enter your bank or payment details in the available fields to include them on your invoices.<\/p>\n

Please note that the Payment Instruction feature will only be shown on your invoices and will not be available for other document types.<\/p>\n

If you prefer to be paid by card, go to \u2018Customer Payment Option\u2019<\/i><\/b> in your Settings<\/i><\/b>. <\/p>\n

Enable \u2018Accept Card Payments\u2019<\/i><\/b> then tap the check mark in the upper left to save.<\/p>\n

Step 7:<\/b> Add other details to your invoice and documents.<\/h3>\n

You can also configure additional information by scrolling down in your Settings<\/i><\/b>. Set up details for your invoice and other documents under the Invoice<\/i><\/b>, Customization<\/i><\/b>, Transactions<\/i><\/b>, and General<\/i><\/b> sections of your account settings.<\/p>\n
