Learn how to add a private note to your customer on the web with these simple steps:<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/b> Log in to bookipi.com<\/a>.<\/h3>\n

Step 2: <\/b>Select \u2018CRM\u2019<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n

On the left-hand side of your screen, select \u2018CRM\u2019<\/i><\/b> to open your customer category. <\/p>\n

Step 3: <\/b>Click the \u2018All customers\u2019 <\/i><\/b>tab. <\/h3>\n

Click the \u2018All the customer\u2019s tab to located above the search bar. <\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/b> Select the customer. <\/h3>\n

Find the specific customer whose details you want to view and click on their name to open their detail screen.<\/p>\n

Step 5<\/b>: Select \u2018+Private Note<\/i><\/b>\u2019.<\/h3>\n

Select \u2018+ Private Note\u2019 <\/i><\/b>to start adding a note to your customer.<\/p>\n

Step 6: <\/b>Add the Private Note.<\/h3>\n

Enter the Private Note for your customer. <\/p>\n
