Learn how to view and download invoices for your Bookipi web subscriptions.<\/h2>\n

How to download subscription invoices<\/h1>\n

After subscribing to the Bookipi web app, you can easily download an invoice for your records. Follow the steps below to view and save your subscription invoice.<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/b> Select your user icon<\/h3>\n

Click your user icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.<\/p>\n

If you manage multiple companies, ensure you\u2019ve selected the correct company before proceeding.<\/p>\n

Next, click on \u2018Settings\u2019<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/b> Click on the \u2018Subscription\u2019<\/i><\/b> tab<\/h3>\n

In the settings menu, click on the \u2018Subscription\u2019<\/i><\/b> tab.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/b> Select \u2018Invoice history\u2019<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on \u2018Invoice history\u2019,<\/i><\/b> which can be found on the far right side of the Next billing date<\/i><\/b> section.<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/b> Select the invoice you want to download<\/h3>\n

In the Invoice history<\/b> section, you\u2019ll find a list of all your subscription invoices. Click on the invoice you want to download.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/b> Click on the download button<\/h3>\n

In the invoice detail window, click the download icon (an arrow pointing down) in the top-right corner to save the invoice as a PDF to your device.<\/p>\n
