How to duplicate a proposal <\/h1>\n

Learn how to duplicate a proposal on the Web App with the simple guide below.<\/p>\n

Step 1: <\/b>Select \u2018Proposal\u2019.<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n

Click on \u2018Proposal\u2019<\/i><\/b> either in the Dashboard menu or in the left-hand panel of the screen to access the Proposal feature.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Choose the Proposal<\/i>.<\/b><\/h3>\n

Click the Proposal<\/i><\/b> you want to duplicate. <\/p>\n

Step 3: <\/b>Select the three dots.<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n

Click the three dots <\/i><\/b>on the top right-hand corner to open the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n

Step 4: <\/b>Select \u2018Duplicate\u2019.<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n

Click \u2018Duplicate\u2019<\/i><\/b> to duplicate the proposal. <\/p>\n

Step 5: <\/b>Edit the duplicated proposal.<\/h3>\n

Enter the necessary information into your proposal.<\/p>\n

Step 6: <\/b>Select \u2018Continue\u2019.<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n

Click \u2018Continue\u2019<\/i><\/b> to fill out the information about your item or service. <\/p>\n

Step 7: Add the item or service to your proposal. <\/b><\/h3>\n

Enter the information about your item or service and then click \u2018Continue\u2019.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Step 8: Add or edit the Terms and Agreement of your proposal.<\/b><\/h3>\n

Edit the Terms and Conditions template when you scroll down by clicking the pencil logo. Once done, select \u2018Check Preview\u2019 <\/i><\/b>to proceed with the preview page. <\/p>\n

Step 9: Preview your proposal.<\/b><\/h3>\n

You can review your work before sending it by clicking the \u2018View PDF\u2019 <\/i><\/b>button. <\/p>\n

If you wish to send the proposal to your customer, please review your customer\u2019s email and the email message. Press \u2018Send\u2019 <\/i><\/b>when you\u2019re ready.<\/p>\n
