How to send a proposal to multiple people<\/h1>\n

Learn how to send a proposal to multiple recipients in Bookipi Proposal with these simple steps.<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/b> Click \u2018Proposal\u2019<\/i><\/b>.<\/h3>\n

Click on \u2018Proposal\u2019<\/i><\/b> in either the Dashboard menu or the left-hand panel of the screen.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/b> Click \u2018Create\u2019<\/i><\/b> or select a proposal.<\/h3>\n

Click \u2018+ Create\u2019<\/i><\/b> to start a new proposal, or select a proposal that you would like to send.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/b> Review the information and go to the \u2018Preview\u2019<\/i><\/b> tab.<\/h3>\n

Enter all the details, review the information, and then go to the \u2018Preview\u2019 <\/i><\/b>tab.<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/b> Click \u2018Send\u2019<\/i><\/b>.<\/h3>\n

Click the \u2018Send\u2019<\/i><\/b> button located at the bottom right of the page.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/b> Add additional recipients.<\/h3>\n

To add more email recipients to the proposal, simply enter additional email addresses in the To<\/i><\/b> or Bcc<\/i><\/b> fields, separating them with a space. You can also select \u2018Send me a copy\u2019 <\/i><\/b>to automatically add your email to the Bcc<\/i><\/b> field.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/b> Click \u2018Send\u2019<\/i><\/b>.<\/h3>\n

Click \u2018Send\u2019<\/i><\/b> to send your proposal by email.<\/p>\n

You can send the proposal to multiple people but only one person is required to sign the invoice and enter payment details.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
