When Patricia decided to become a nurse, she vowed to be the best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was passionate about making a difference in the health industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During her training, she was drawn towards the all-round care of elderly and chronically ill patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She saw a growing need for in-home care to assist chronically ill and elderly patients who wanted to stay home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, Patricia decided she needed to do something about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With her compassion and support, she helps caregivers to provide the most informed care for those they are caring for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A business that makes a difference<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Certified in long-term care and basic geriatric care through the National Association for Practical Nurse Education and Services (NAPNES), Patricia opened All Hours Nursing and Care LLC<\/a>, a private duty nursing business in February 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was providing care for a totally disabled patient who was discharged due to a chronic illness. Care for patients with chronic illnesses is generally not covered by insurance or Medicare. Patients have to have family members help or seek other resources for help with their needs.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Patricia found that the most challenging thing about running her business was providing the same level of care to patients even if they decided to remain at home instead of the hospital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
