Auto Archive Paid invoices<\/h1>\n

Any paid invoices move automatically to the \u2018Archived\u2019<\/i><\/b> section in the Bookipi Invoice mobile app.<\/p>\n

Here are the steps to archive paid invoices and send a receipt:<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/b> Select an invoice.<\/h3>\n

In your \u2018Invoice\u2019<\/i><\/b> category, select an invoice to mark as paid.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/b> Swipe left on the selected invoice.<\/h3>\n

Swipe left to access additional options.<\/p>\n

Select the \u2018Paid\u2019<\/i><\/b> option.<\/p>\n

A confirmation message will remind you that customers with a card payment intent won\u2019t be able to pay after marking the invoice as paid. If you\u2019re being paid through other methods (e.g., cash, or bank transfer), tap \u2018Yes!\u2019<\/i><\/b> to confirm.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/b> Send the receipt.<\/h3>\n

A pop-up will appear prompting you to send a receipt. Click \u2018Send\u2019<\/i><\/b> to deliver the receipt to your customer.<\/p>\n

After sending the receipt, a message will appear confirming that the receipt has been successfully sent.<\/p>\n
