Learn how to add items to invoices on the Bookipi Invoice mobile app with 5 simple steps below.<\/p>\n

Tap \u2018More\u2019<\/i><\/b> located at the bottom-right corner of the screen to view additional options.<\/p>\n

Tap \u2018Items\u2019<\/i><\/b>, which you\u2019ll find at the top of the screen just below your account email.<\/p>\n

A: Yes. When you add a new item, it\u2019s saved to your item list. You can quickly reuse it in future invoices without re-entering the details.<\/p>\n

Q: Is it possible to import items from another software or platform?<\/h3>\n

A: No, the app currently doesn\u2019t support importing item lists from other platforms or software. All items need to be added manually within the app.<\/p>\n

Q: Can I add taxes or discounts to individual items?<\/h3>\n

A: Yes. You can apply taxes or discounts to specific items only when creating an invoice, not from the item list.<\/p>\n

Q: Can I categorize items or group them by type?<\/h3>\n

Currently, there is no built-in category or folder feature for items. However, you can include category names in item titles or descriptions to keep them organized.<\/p>\n

Q: Can I track inventory or stock levels in Bookipi?<\/h3>\n

A: Bookipi allows you to enter stock quantities, but it currently does not support full inventory management, such as automatic stock deductions, stock alerts, stock sales or purchase orders.<\/p>\n

A: Yes. You can export a CSV report of all your item lists by following these steps:<\/p>\n

    This will generate a downloadable CSV report containing all your item data.<\/p>\n
